Gotta make the doughnuts :) We came for National doughnut day with 100 of our closest friends :)
What's not to like about a free Krispy Kreme doughnut when the Hot Doughnuts Now sign is on??
And it's ANY doughnut, not just their famous glazed ones, which when they are hot are a puff of sweet vanilla air.

I went to this place twice with a $10.00 gift card which was validated by calling the KK 1800#. The guy denied my service twice and stated the card had a zero balance. I told him I called the KK line and they said he had to enter the card information manually...he refused and said he didn't have time to call even though only one person was behind me. Mgmt or GM please reach out to me cause this is completely unacceptable and this location has this ongoing issue.
***Update***
I went back for the third time on 10/18 after calling the KK for the third time to verify the balance on the card and again $10.00 were available. This time I went through the drive thru and tried my best to avoid the chubby hispanic guy that denied and refused my services twice before. Well what do you know....Success!!!! Finally got to use my KK gift card!! I feel like this person deliberately input the wrong gift card information twice with a look of satisfaction and I will never be back. This issue does not surprise me, look at all the previous bad reviews. -

Came here Tuesday 9PM after graduation saw the night was on. Bad choice... If you want slow dry donuts come to this location. You'll be guaranteed a long wait. Forget the light being on, that just means to alert the workers to go on break/move slow or whatever.. I drove by the front to see what the delay is, they're lollygagging in the back not being attentive to the customers.
Ended up leaving not worth the headache or possible stomach ache. -

I've been wondering if this location was still open since I never see the hot light on so I went in today and yes they are still open. I asked the employee when does the hot light normally come on and they advised mornings. There are so many donut shops out there but it's always something about Krispy kreme that keeps you coming back for more.

We don't like this location. Every Time we stop when the Hot light is on, we ask for some that aren't glazed yet, they say they are all already glazed.
When we are in other areas, we buy from a different location.
